Well, I'm actually surprised because even though yes I've been watching my calories with my arm band, I haven't been as diligent as I should be with my exercise. I've been walking, but not really "working out". That'll change tomorrow.

Five pounds is a start! Time to go for a walk I think now. Burn some more calories! I love this arm band for that. 90% of the guess work is gone now!
