My First Guest Post On John is Fit!

Hey guys! Today's "Monday list" post is being pushed till tomorrow because I'm announcing that John is Fit blog has published my very first guest post on another blog! To be honest I'm a work in progress, but it's a definite start.

It's kinda one of those things where after you submit it, you want to grab it back to make it better. Though it's decent to begin with, I want perfection! Guess that's what makes people strive to be better writers.
I want to thank John very very much for taking time out of his busy schedule to publish it and I sincerely hope we're able to work together more in the future :)

  4. There are many common weight loss myths that people live by when it comes to their health. It is difficult at times to separate the weight loss myths and fact from what is true. Many sound true while others are just laughable.
